The normal fee for ordering an application packet by mail is $50. You now have the option to download the forms instead. There is no charge for the download, but a one time $25 administrative fee should be added when submitting the completed application to NARM. If you are applying through PEP, then the total fee would be $725 when submitting the PEP Application. All others should submit the $725 with their CPM Application.
This and any fees paid to NARM needs to be in form of money order, cashiers check, or credit card only. No other methods of payment will be accepted.

NARM cannot assist with technical support downloading and printing these files.
